Default Helmets- can't find a store

I have been searching for a place in los angeles I could go to, to try on various helmets. So far no such luck

Did lots of reading about the type: need SA2005 preferably full face lightweight with smoked colored face.Maybe even vents on top for heat.

I like the looks of the Simpson Diamond series in Black. I wear glasses,so when it is bright sun I guess the face shield needs to be tinted.
My hat size is approx 7 1/4 to 7 3/8
I called motorcycle shops Harley and Honda, again -nada

Please help with names or phone#'s. I was gonna sign up for Spring Mountain but need helmet first

Alll of these places sell helmets. You'll have to check prices between them. Most of them have size charts or you can call for assitance.

I went to racerwholesale and ordered the G-Force.

It fits perfect with my glasses on. they are quick to ship too so if it doesnt feel right then just get another one. You could also have 2 sizes sent to you and just return the one you dont like.

Damn, Joe beat me to the punch.

Next on the list would be Sube sports in Huntington Beach -- they've got a bunch more safety stuff, from a few different vendors.

Thanks to everyone ! What a great support group. Well I drove out to
Simpson World and arived at 4;30 pm, they close at 5:00pm

I first tried a red Voyager helmet ,but it was too small and then several others until I saw The Super Bandit Helmet with CarbonX interior with a flat black base color

The salesperson Dave stayed open an extra 45 minutes to take care of me I got a few more things shoes and gloves

I also have a clear face shield too!

I think I am all set. Calling Janet @ SM in the morning

Hey ticket bait,
sorry to rain on your parade - but Spring Mountain has a specific rule disallowing your helmet - something about wanna be DarthVaders are not welcome!

hope to see you out there - look for the most uh low budget C-4 you can find - that'll be me - right next to my brothers really nice Red C-3
