Default Aftermarket Master Cylinder brake lines

Hi everyone.

I'm hooking up a DRM master cylinder on my '96. MC has -3 AN fittings. I'm using braided stainless brake lines (via external bias valve for the rear line) to the factory steel brake lines.

Not sure about other C4's, but the '96 factory steel brake lines to the MC have 12MM male ends for the rear and 10MM male ends for the front.

My strong preference is to NOT cut the factory lines since they go all the way back to the ABS controller. If I ever switch back to stock, I don't want to have to replace that entire line.

So basically, I'm looking for something to adapt a -3 line (3/16 ID) to a female 12mm and 10mm connector. I've had no luck doing web searches or talking with HRP and DRM.

Any ideas on sources or other methods of making the connection?

Thanks!

Call any large hydraulic hose fabrication shop or try a REAL Speedshop like Speedway or Smileys

Thanks! I'll give them a call on Monday and see what they can come up with for me.

Unfortunately no. Right now the car is pretty well ripped apart between the brakes, new seats / belts, exhaust leak, intake leak, dipstick leak (I'm sure there are a few more leaks I'm forgetting about). I'm hoping to have it all back together before April and at least go up there and see you guys run. I don't want to push my luck and make RA my first run so quickly after the new MC and bias valve, though.

I'm definitely going to the NASA event at Autobahn in July, though!

You'll have to stop in and say hi I have a few Z06's that are getting pretty set-up that are worth looking at. We are planning on going to Gingerman and Mid-O this year if your interested, we have a good group of guys. Hope you get that thing back together soon.

Will do! Will you have your CE there too? (it's easier to spot )

I really want to get back over to G-man this year, but I may hold out and do RA in the fall with the f-body club. I only got permission from the wife to do two events this year

Oh yeah the CE will be there and ready to roll, I'm hoping to dip into the 2.37.xx this year so we'll see if I can shave off 2 seconds off of last years pace. Depending on weather or course. Hope to see you out there.

Thanks very much for all the help, guys! Classictube is the winner! They're the ONLY ones who had these bass-ackwards adaptors that I needed. The 12mmX1MM Female ISO to -3AN Male adaptor was the problem. I found the 10mm at a couple other places too.

Thanks again for the help!
