BMW introduces Z4M Coupe
The BMW Z4 M Coupe is the first ever two-seater racing-car developed by BMW Motorsport : The car is powered by a 3.2-litre in-line 6-cylinder engine putting out about 400hp , the suspension-developement was highly benefited by the knowledge gained from the M3 GTR project.
Interested teams can purchase the kit by May 2006 for 250.000€ plus TAX

What put a smile on my face was when a guy pointed to his "race" E 36 and said "that motor cost $10k and puts out 280HP". I thought...that really sucks!
Those guys (Porsche and BMW) pay a LOT more than we do, to go slower than us. So, while I appreciate and respect them, I do feel smarter about my Z06 purchase.

Seems pretty funny to see "Corvette guys" call "BMW guys" annoying. 
Isn't that what makes the others annoying? 
Or my favorite quote "those guys think thier cars are sooo great". Doesn't that go both ways too.

That would suck $10k in a C5 would get you over 500hp for sure.
To each there own just think though if it wasn't for Mustangs, BMW's and Porsches we would just have to pass each other.
