I DID 3 COATS OF Z5 IN 24 HOURS. I USED THE ZFX, BUT THE WEATHER WAS CRAPPY HERE IN PA . DO I NEED TO APPLY A COAT OF Z2 ? CAN I JUST LEAVE THE Z5 ON . SEEMS LIKE I COULD USE ANOTHER COAT OR TWO . WANT TO TAKE IT OUT ON SUNDAY . NOT TO MANY NICE DAYS LEFT. THANKS JOE :cheers:

You do not have to put a coat of Z2 on, and you can take the vette out. Z2 is basically the same as Z5 without the scratch and swirl filling agents. Z2 just adds another layer that is optically clearer, creating a crystal clear shine and wet look. You can always add a coat of Z2 latter in the week if you desire to do so. Just wash the car with Z7 car wash or use Z6 spray before putting on the Z2. Have fun Sunday. :D
