Hey Dave, we have a kit specifically for Leather Care! It included a cleaner and a conditioner, as well as applicators and towels:

Once you have it cleaned and conditioned, you can maintain it with our Total Interior Detailer as well, which will offer light cleaning and conditioning in one product:

A lot comes down to how dirty the leather is... if its only light cleaning and conditioning needed then you can use an all in one product like our Interior Quick Detailer. It will do light cleaning, deodorize, and put a layer of non-greasy protection down all with one product.
If you have a little more serious grime to deal with, then you'll want to go with 2 separate products - one for cleaning and one for conditioning.
Our APC Concentrate diluted at 16:1 will be perfect for removing most average interior dirt and grime from the leather and is still perfectly safe. Spray on, scrub with a short knap microfiber towel, and wipe away the excess moisture.
Once they're fully cleaned our lanolin free Leather Cockpit Cream can be used to deep condition and protect the surface. It has a nice satin finish too that isn't excessively greasy or oily.
For a cleaner don't fall for the leather specific cleaner game. Since corvettes have coated leather there is no need for it. In most cases all you're buying is a diluted all purpose cleaner with leather scent added.

Melting Slicks
I would use a leather cleaner, and a boars hair brush. Then put something on it to protect it such as UV protection. But they are coated so not much you can do for conditioning wise but you can clean them well.

Drifting
Clean them regularly but don't bother with conditioner. GM uses coated leather so the conditioner just sits on top of the coating, never reaching the leather.
Condition your leather and you'll just end up wearing it on your clothes......

Burning Brakes
Got back to it and wiped it down. NO CHANGE whatsoever in the softness of the leather.
