Saw this product - MPT Classic Polish/Finish, manufactured by MPT Industries - advertised in Auto Week. It is a paint sealant that contains aliphatic hydrocarbons.

The product label states that Varsol or mineral spirits should be used to remove the Classic Polish/Finish before repainting a previously-treated surface.

Sounds ominous.

Anyone have experience with this product? If yes, comment please.
