Default travel detail/car care kit

Does anyone know of a good starter travel kit for primarily exterior cleaning and detailing? If not, I may try to put one together. Also, any suggestions for content from someone who uses such a kit or who has put one together would be appreciated.

Thanks.

We offer many kits, you will likely find the P21S or S100 kits perfect for travel and contain everything needed. I like to include a small travel size spray bottle of Poorboys BugSquash also.

Any comments from non-vendors?

Comments from a non-vendor?

--snarky comment about prior posts redacted--

I carry a glass cleaner, waterless wash, detail spray and the associated towels with me. Yes, I have a very nice travel bag that holds it all, but really, anything will do.

Thanks Trm. Do you use full size bottles or have you bought smaller bottles such as 4 or 8 ounces? The trunk fills up fast.

I can get some measurements tonight, but the bag I use is about 1 cubic foot, so, I do have a full size of each.

I consider waterless wash the most important. You never know what birds are going to do! Glass cleaner and detail spray can easily be smaller size.

That sounds like a good list to me...I also carry a california duster. They're a bit controversial but I've found that when used properly they can safely remove most pollen and dust.

I made my own kit and put it in the cubby holes in the trunk. 2 small spray bottles, one with car soap/water, one with detail spray. A small can of spraway glass gleaner, 2 MF window towels and 3-4 MF towels for the paint.
After a trip or before a show, get off bugs or any dirt with the glass cleaner and soap/water, touch up with detail spray.

I started using a california duster on my Tahoe a couple of years ago and will probably get one for my Vette. I have had no issues with it and even have the small dash duster.

Thanks. I am considering something similar to that and what trm 84 has suggested. I haven't put anything in the storage areas yet so I will use them or perhaps a kit bag as trm suggests.

Glass cleaner
Micro fiber towels
Chadwick's Triple Play

I use water for the interior unless something stronger is needed.

I thought it was discontinued, but Adam's still has the bag. It works really for my purposes.
