Does anyone know of a reputable place or person that does car detailing near Raleigh, NC?

I have no idea how to detail my car. It's a 79 Stingray, no clear coat, red paint. I know it needs sealed, waxed, etc but I'm nervous to use a buffer on it.

I would ask my husband but with him working out of town and traveling 4-5 days per week I want him to have down time when he's home.

This is the only detailing place I could find in the area http://liquid-finish.com/.
They are in morrisville. I have not tried them personally but I will this summer.
