Default Zaino AIO = no water beading

Last week I applied a coat of Zaino AIO to my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Washed it today, and there is basically no water beading on the paint.

I know that it was shaken up real well. Any thoughts or ???

How long did you let it cure before buffing it off?

Applied the whole truck with the Porter Cable, then buffed it off with a microfiber towel. I'd say at least a 1/2 hour.

Possibly because you were washing and the flow of water. Check when it rains? Possibly?

You need to let Zanio AIO cure before buffing it off, it's not a wax. Its likely you might have just removed it completely when you were buffing if you did the whole thing in half an hour.

Depending on temperature and humidity, it might need to cure for a few hours.

From zainostore.com:

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well before using.

Thoroughly wash and dry vehicle as normal.

Apply Z-AIO to our #314 cotton applicator pad. Work Z-AIO into the surface, one section at a time, using firm motions, completing entire vehicle. Allow to dry.

Wipe residue, buffing to a super gloss with a high quality 100% soft cotton cloth.

What car wash soap did you use? I find the Zaino product cleans but protects beading the longest.

Meguiars car wash.

I emailed Zaino, and Sal got right back to me. He said to apply Z-2 or Z-5 polish after All In One.

Will try to post pics after I get it applied. So far the AIO did a great job. Should look even better after Z-2.

I am a bit surprised that the AIO alone did not hold up. I use it on my "driver" vehicles with great success. The mild cleaning is perfect for the drivers. I do typically follow with Z2 or Clear Seal.

I have used Zaino products for almost 15 years with many show wins. I have tried most of the other "enthusiast" products and keep coming back to Zaino.

Couldn't wait to get the Z-2 on there, so I did the hood yesterday afternoon. (Truck color is Magnetic Grey)

Came out good with just the AIO, just no beading.

Came out GREAT once I applied the Z-2. Hopefully it beads up nice.

Why the emphasis on beading? I'd rather water sheeted off of my paint rather than sitting there on the panel.

I've been using Zaino for years and have no plans to change. The shine is amazing and so is the durability. Good luck!

Zaino AIO with a mild pad is just a good paint cleaner basically…

After that, it needs to be topped with Z2-Z5Pro and finished off with ZCS and Z8 or, the wax of your choice…..

Then you'll notice rain won't stick….

AIO alone give you average durability similar to a good nuba product. I prefer to follow it up with Z2p or Z5p for the durability Zaino is known for. Z3 is actually a very nice product too. I got it by mistake one time and found I liked it just as much as the 2 or 5.
