Can you did this with your wax or paint sealant?

Can you did this with your wax or paint sealant?
I worked with this company back in 05 to apply this sealant that I have used since 1992 to 2 737-800's in Houston Tx. The airline reported back after one year
that there fuel costs dropped by 1% as a result on these two test planes..You can see in the above pic the owner wiping off with a dry towel dirt and grime. Do not bother to ask were to buy it because it is not sold retail.
Many members on these forums seek to discredit what I say with no facts and insults, but all I am trying to do is inform people that there are real products out there that do offer real protection and shine without constant correction. This information is for those who would like to prevent damage before it happens, and not after.

Ahhh, a magic sealant that "you can not talk about" but, continue to do so as often as possible…….
That's pretty hilarious…..
Just tell us that it Rejex and move along……
Or what ever else it might be without all of the other blather attached….

Sorry for not being able to provide the name of the sealant here, but that is not the point. I was just trying to show that real protection is out there for people that want to do it on their own.
I am not pushing Opti Coat per say, but it is a permanent coating that will do basically what I show in the above pic. Although, you have to change your mindset when it comes to protection ,and what is in the product itself. If i apply what is basically grease on paint for shine and beading ,and call that protection. Is it? No, if it does not stop damage from the sun, bugs, salt,or tree sap for more than a short time. The more coats of grease applied will be forced deep into the micro pores of the clear coat that will harden over time and will produce more swirls that will become harder to correct without using harsh abrasives.
Now, here is another method. Apply Opti coat once, and wash it with something that removes dirt and grime instead of using something that prevents stripping of the wax. Use a little detail spray for a those that want the shine factor. When I explain this to people I work with they get it, but for others on forums I am considered a lunatic. Go figure.

Here are some pics that show what real protection is IMO:
Here is testing used for the product:
http://www.logisticlean.com/nasa.html
Conclusions of testing by NASA on this product:
Sample image of the untreated panel showed little evidence of change after the blind treatment, while sample images of the panel with Logisti-Seal showed a much cleaner surface. It was concluded that “previously observed 0.63% fuel consumption reduction in flight is consistent with a reduction in borderline roughness heights. The reduction is most likely due to the Logisti-Prep and Logisti-Seal buffing portions of the application.”

In many ways…..
In this thread you refuse to name the product that you claim you used on aircraft in Houston…..
And then claim that Opti Coat "is just as good" with nothing to back that up…..
BTW, I actually work on aircraft IN Houston and know some cleaning companies that maintain the plane interior and exteriors…

Are you blind? I posted the web site of the company, and the name which you asked for. What else do you want?
Why do you put words in my mouth. Is Opti Coat the same as this sealant? Who knows, but one thing I can say it is a permanent coating
that seals and prevents bad things from doing damage for more than a short time.To me, that is far above what other products offer in the way of protection.
You work on aircraft in Houston, and know companies that maintain aircraft. Is that suppose to mean something exactly? I am a private pilot, and was in the Air Force as a B-52 crew chief for four years. So what?

Here is the first aircraft I did with this product many years ago. Which took 60 hours to do by myself.
What the pilot liked most about this detail was one thing. Above the cockpit there was a noise that drove the pilot nuts. When I applied
the sealant to that area, the noise stopped completely. The pilot also mentioned to me that that he felt the jet fuel consumption decreased
by 1% which was later verified thru NASA.

Instructor
Bill Daley - why are you still pimping AT5 when you know Opti-Coat is far superior in every way imaginable? Is it because you are not qualified to purchase it?

Not like Dr G is gonna sell him OC without having a legit business with insurance? How can you pimp a product that you've never tried? I guess you can caulk up another person to marketing!
