Default 7424xp weight question

I just noticed the weight in my PC says 5" max. I used 6" pads with that weight. Will the bigger weight or smaller pad make a difference on overall time correcting paint?

It may make it vibrate less. I wouldn't think it has too much effect on paint correction. I have the 6" weight in mine and don't change it when I use 3,4, or 5 inch pads. I have a couple extra 5" weights here. Thought one might be a 6" and I could send it to you.

Sent you a PM back. If you need a 5" counterweight just PM me your shipping info and I will get it out to you.

Never found any real difference using either one with large or smaller pads. It is best to follow the manufacturers recommendation but doubt a notable difference.

same here. Never changed the weight when I stepped down in pad size. No issues yet
