Best car wash soap..
Sorry if this topic has been beat to death, but I could not find much in a forum search. I have a basement full of car care products as I am always searching for the best, but somehow I have never experimented with premium car wash shampoos or soaps. I had a 16oz bottle of Griots car wash given to me in a car show grab bag this past year, and I found it be so much nicer than the OTC products that I usually buy. Can anyone comment on this or other favorite products for washing that work well. The Griots seemed to hold its suds through the whole wash and it felt so smooth applying. Need to stock up for spring. Thank you..

Zaino Z7 Lots of suds and does a nice job leaving your finish clean without removing any layers of your hard work.

I bought some Blackfire Conditioning shampoo last year, and I really like it
read about it, here:

I also use the waterless kind:

Best part of ONR: no having to hose off the car before and after. Just wash a panel, dry it, move on. I can do the entire corvette with around a liter of water. Half a gallon if it is really dirty.
And it lasts forever. I've had the same bottle for two years, now.

Zaino Z7 on the Corvette
Gold Class by Meguiar's on the Nissan and Jaguar.
Leaf blower and soft cotton cloth to dry all.
Maybe turn on the outside faucets in another month and start Spring cleaning/detailing cycle??

Former Vendor
Check out our Car Wash Shampoo.
Unlike many products on the market, Adam's Car Wash Shampoo is perfectly pH balanced. What does this mean to you? It won't strip your wax! This means you don't have to apply wax as often and your finish stayed protected even longer!
It creates a very thick lather, and when combined with high quality wash pads and buckets w/ grit guards, you won't run the risk of damaging your finish or degrading your protection.

Thank you to everyone for all the recommendations. I have read up on each and every one of them. They all sound like top notch products. I think the best bet will be to try the smallest bottle of several and make up my mind from there before stocking up.

I'd also look at Garry deans infinite use detail juice if you want a rinse less wash and 3D pink car soap if you want a traditional soap for the price it's hard to beat, works great with a foam gun too
