You can use a wheel sealant like those from DP and Poorboys. I however use and protect with Wheel Armor for my uncoated wheels. As with all products make sure to handle with care and follow the directions.

Well I think brasso is good but there are many other which I like to use like Mothers,Eagle one, blue magic. These are the good resulting products which you can use without any fear of side effects.

What about using pinnacle souveran liquid wax or a sealant like wolfgang?

I like to use Rejex on mine. Keeps them very slick, so that the brake dust wipes off easily.

wheels get quite hot and see alot of contaminents, so a sealant is a better choice over a carnauba based wax.

I do the same and I must say the DD's wheels look much better since I used Rejex on them.
