Default Glass water stains

Have a new Buick Regal GS which when the sun hits the glass (front or rear) I can see water stains on the glass. Claybarred the glass which helped a litlle and continue to use Stoner Invisible Glass between washings. Can't see the stains from the outside but evident especially at the rear with the rear view mirror. Claybar again? Tried some RainX on it too which also helped but stains still there. Almost think stains could be inside Thoughts?

Rain-X is NOT a cleaner its a protectant. You should not apply any protectant until the glass is free of any contaminents. I highly suggest some DP Glass Restorer polish to clean and prep glass. And if you like Rain-X, try Aquapel which lasts for 6 months or more with one application after the glass has been cleaned.
