Not sure which products you are using but a good detail spray will never hurt what you have done as long as the products are compatible. Some detail sprays like Zaino Z8 actually enhance the shine after a detailing.

Detail spray is a good idea, after waxing, between waxing, the Turtle Detail spray you have is fine. Just make sure you wipe it off with some good quality micro fiber towels.

you can use a detail spray, but you might find a spray wax another benefit. We often suggest using our Pinnacle Souveran Spray Wax over nubas to help with the glow. It contains some carnauaba so kinda a booster.

I've had good results using a glaze such as Adam's Brilliant Spray Glaze. Gives shine that extra " pop ".

Keep in mind that detail spray and glaze will not last beyond a few washes. They are excellent for refreshing between waxes.

I always carry a bottle of wizards mist n shine detailer when I am on the road. I started using it on my Harley years ago and still buy it at the local HD dealer. At the end of a days rain free driving I use a California duster to remove dust and road debris very lightly, followed with a detail spray and MF wipe down with Wizard and no scratches on a Torch red c5. Just found surf city hot rod detailer and it is very much like the Wizards in looks and smell. Pep boys is now carrying the surf city line. So far so good and a little cheaper like $13 instead of $14.

because a days driving can have more than dust (like sand, pollen. and other contaminents) you might find it better to carry a rinseless or waterless wash spray. Less likely to create harm and marring to paint.

IMHO, bad idea to spray it right away. Polish/wax the car then wait at least day before using detail spray. Give the polish & wax time to cure and do it's thing first.

Default my buddy turned me onto these guys...

I was looking for a polish for my boat and my friend said hes been getting this acrylic polymer polish that 99% of anything doesnt stick to cars boats etc. from saveyourpaint. I checked it out and prices seemed fair and they said it was almost effortless to apply. I bought almost everything they sell for cars and boats. It all shipped pretty quick and I havent found anything that sticks to either my C5 (even rubber) or the boat, which is now dry almost as soon as I get it pulled out. I contacted them and I guess it was created by one of the guys that started Rainx, but it lasts and its applied 2 or 3 times a year and 98%(?) UV protective. Its great for protecting vinyl from fading too.... And they have a waterless car wash too, (I didnt buy it though). I recommend emailing them though and they seem to put together packages for a little less.

I have gotten outstanding results using Black Fire Waterless Wash and a gold Cobra microfiber towel. You can get both from Auto Geek.

Yep. In fact, I think cars looks better with a detail spray or quick wax afterward and letting it cure for a while before you do it is a good thing.

I think it gets all the haze out - if there is any - cleans up residue, etc.

some waxes with a high carnauba content can "sweat" and leave minor marks or haze on paint and often noticed 10-24 hours later. If you run into this then often times a detail spray, quick detailer, or even spray wax can help remove it.
