Default 2010 Autogeek Christmas Wish List Giveaway!

The Autogeek.net Christmas Wish List Giveaway is back and Max wants to give the winner a $250.00 Autogeek.net Shopping Spree!
Here’s what you need to do to enter this giveaway:

In the spirit of Christmas once again, Max (aka Santa Max) would like to know if you’ve been naughty or nice to your vehicle, and which products you wish for this holiday season.

Reply in this thread with your letter to Santa Max and remember that creativity counts! You can type your letters, include pictures or even create a YouTube video and post it here! Be creative because Santa Max and all of the elves at Autogeek will be reading your letters (or watching your videos), checking them twice and voting to pick the lucky winner!

Christmas will come a little early for a lucky Corvette Forum member thanks to Max and Autogeek.net!

*The winner will be announced on Friday, December 24, 2010 between 9:00-10:00AM EST. May not be redeemed for cash. $250.00 shopping spree will be in form of merchandise credit at Autogeek.net.

Dear Santa Max

I have many supplies from AutoGeek and I must say that I am very pleased with the all. Your BOGO, VIP and sales are fantastic.

This year, if I am picked, I would like to be suprised.

Merry Christmas to you and all at AutoGeek, keep up the great work.

Gee guys, just opened a box from you about 15 minutes ago....
My Christmas wish would be for you guys to stay in business....

As far as the $250....it would go rather quickly on a new buffer, pads and stuff on me..

Dear Santa,
I sit here at the table to write
A poem addressing this most holy of nights
The wife is asleep, the kids are in bed
Praying the Christmas Spirit isn’t dead
For all the good men in the world who love to cruise
Are lamenting all the negative financial news
In an effort to cheer themselves, they type, text, or fax
To brag to the others that they’ve used the very best car wax
They gloat about auto products galore
That were ordered and sent by Autogeek, not bought in a store,
Because everyone around has definitely heard
If you buy average stuff from a store, you must be a nerd.
Images of polishes, potions and buffing pads
Desperately wanted by every car-loving dad!
These recent years have been tough for all of us
Selling the car, out of work and taking the bus
My neighbor broke down crying and now rides a bike
The other takes the train instead of a hike
Every man dreaming that Santa will deliver a car
So that they once again buff up and cruise away far!
The economy’s bad, folks making much less pay
Classic cars and their parts auctioned off every day
So hard to keep our families fed, dressed, and afloat
While we dream of speeding in a Chevy big as a boat!
But we are the strong, the tough, the resilient
One day we will return and even earn millions
But until the day comes when we bring home a huge paycheck
We will just have to resort to driving Dad’s old wreck

But driving a hoopty still requires work and attention
And Autogeek is the best for all auto stuff, did I mention?
To keep that old Biscayne or Pontiac a-running
Not sputtering, stalling but quietly humming
The gang at Autogeek knows how to treat us right
Respecting and understanding our sad auto plight
Fearing that if the family gifts me with a tie
I will use that same tie to hang myself high!
Give me my car any day of the week
Kept all shiny and running with products from Autogeek!

So listen up Santa, wife and all else who can hear
Gifts from Autogeek will be LOVED throughout the year!!

Dear Santa Max,

My poor old worn out PC-7424 is on its last leg. I'm just a poor boy with a Black C-6 that has sucked the life out of me and my old PC. So Santa Max please, Oh Please bring me a new 7424 XP, two full sets of hydro 5.5" thin pads, your best micro fiber towels, Crystal mist spray wax, Crystal Mist detailer, polishing pad prep spray, more Wolfgang 3.0 and Mike Phillips to show me how to get the most out of all this stuff.

I have been really nice to my car this year. It always sits in a climate controlled garage and is painstakingly pampered with Autogeek products top to bottom. I never drive it in the rain and always keep the exhaust tips clean and polished. Since I gave the wifey a great vacation I don't have any $$ left for car stuff this year. Thats why I need Santa Max to some see me.

I even decorated the house with enough lights so you can see it from space so you can easily find it. The driveway will be clear and ready for Santa Max's Autogeek sled arrival.

Please come see me Santa.

Your friend,
CMonkey

P.S. I will have cookies and milk for you and yummy fruit baskets for the reindeer when you arrive.

P./S.S. If you want something a little stronger that can be arranged too.

Dear Santa Max
I've been a good boy this year, mostly... I just bought a new to me C6. It is black in color and needs some attention. Alas I looked in my bag of goodies that I've purchased from a great vendor named Auto Geek and see that I am in great need of a more powerful buffer. If you could see it in your heart to send me a gift this year I would be most appreciative.
Thanks
Buddy

My owners don't know I made this youtube video, but I would love your help to get them some autogeek products to make them as happy as they have made me this year.

Thanks Santa, I still believe.

Default A Christmas Geezer

Once upon a time, out in western Kansas, there lived an old geezer who rarely washed or waxed his Corvette. The poor sad Corvette begged weekly to the old geezer, “Would you please wash and wax my poor ole paint.” The old geezer always responded “I just don’t have the time to give you an appropriate bath.” “If I only had some new detailing products”, the Corvette said, “then the old geezer would have to wash and wax me.”

Shortly after retiring for the night, the old geezer was visited by the ghost of Christmas past, AKA Meghan@autogeek, Meghan took the old geezer on a trip to the past where they saw a much younger geezer happily washing and waxing a new Corvette. The old geezer seeing this made him think and say “Well, that is when the Corvette was new and deserving of cleaning and waxing. I had more time back then.” Meghan, doing what she could returned the old geezer, warning him of another ghost to come.

Later that night the old geezer sat up in bed when the ghost of Christmas presents, AKA Jason@autogeek, came through the door even though it was locked, and took the old geezer on a trip to see what was happening currently. In the garage sat the poor old neglected Corvette. Sadly trying to give itself a bath from the snow that blew in through the window, but it just wasn’t enough. The old geezer said “Why doesn’t it just go through the car wash?” but Jason told the old geezer “Well, I think that’s your responsibility.” The old geezer just shook his head. Jason returned the old geezer, saying one more ghost was going to visit him.

The old geezer couldn’t sleep, fearing the last of the ghosts, the ghost of Christmas future, AKA killrwheels@autogeeks. Killrwheels, took the old geezer into the future where the Corvette was being treated better, getting washed and waxed, but that wasn’t the old geezer washing and waxing the Corvette. It was the old geezer’s nephew. “Please tell me it’s not true oh Killrwheels, say it’s not so.” But Killrwheels only turned and showed the old geezer the dead paint that the old geezer had caused from the neglect. The old geezer promised to turn over a new leaf and take care of his Corvette. “Please tell me there is time, killrwheels.”

The old geezer awoke in a cold sweat, looking at the calendar, “Oh there’s still time to get the products I need to pamper my Corvette. So the old geezer fired up the laptop computer and logged on to Autogeeks and ordered all the supplies he needed to take care of his loving Corvette. A wash bucket and grit guard, the buffing pads and polishes, sealants, waxes, cleaners, leather treatment, brushes and mirofiber towels.

The Corvette was so happy when the old geezer came in with the new products that when the old geezer was done, the Corvette took the old geezer on the ride of his life.

I'm not nearly as creative as some people in this thread, but I sent Santa a note that I'd love to see one of these under the tree.
