Default Strongest cleaner available?

One of our cars is parked near a foundry on a daily basis. It gets little pieces of what can best be described as tar stuck to it. Clay bar, bug and tar remover have done nothing. I need to get it clean so I can get the Z on to help it clean easier in the future. Any suggestions that wont hurt the paint?

Different clays have different adhesive properties. Some "grab" more than others. If you want quick though 3M adhesive remover will work well or mineral spirits or WD40. All are pretty safe just wash them off quickly and rewax.
