Several people on this forum use one including myself. The best deal I've found is at Costco because you not only get enough resin to fill the machine but you get a complete refill included in the price.

I won't wash either of my vehicles without one. One of the best (if not the best) purchases I've made as far as car detailing.

I use the Mr. Clean Auto Dry Car Wash. It's been discontinued but Big Lots has it on sale for $4. I don't use the soap but the filter for the water is good for 3 washes. Amazon has refill filters that are good for 10 washes for around $8.

I bought 2 more of the boxes today at Bog lots and 2 10ers from Amazon.

Cheap and no water spots!!!

I am ready to purchase. Will you meet Costcos price on the DIC-20?

the cr spotless is awesome!

i often wash 3 or 4 cars in a afternoon and this saves me about an hours worth of drying on 3 or 4 cars.

on the cr spotless system , how many cars can you wash before you need to freshen up the system ?
This really seems like the way to go
can you really just rinse and walk away ? or is some drying required ?

depends on your water condition to start....I have had mine for almost a year with washes weekly. probably 40 plus washes total I would think.

and yes, rinse and walk away....as long as you get all the soap off. What I do it pressure wash the soap off, then go over it with the DI water after...so a rinse after a rinse.

I'd suggest calling us tomorrow and speaking with Meghan or Jason. Not sure of the rules on bulk stores specifically but we aim to please as possible.

It depends on the quality of your water. You need to find out the TDS (total dissolved solids) in your water. You can probably get some test strips/kit at a pool supply place. Once you know the TDS number, use this equation.

235,000/TDS X Vol of resin = Total gallons of spot free water

So for the DIW-10 it would be:

235,000/TDS X .17 = Total spot free gallons

You can read more about it on their website. On the home page, click on the .pdf attachment on the upper right hand side.
