Default I think I found something harder than vette clearcoat

I know this isnt vette picture related, but could be vette related. I often get asked how to remove the scratches without messing up the finish. usually I say practice practice practice....well, today i decided to try an experiment to see how well it would work.

my counter in my bathrooms have looked terrible for years, probably because the builder didnt give a crap when installing, or they used comet on it before we moved in, or who knows...

but pretty much figured out that you can work that stuff like a rented mule and dont have to worry about burning an edge, or going thru the clear, and the results might make the wife want to make brownies for you....or whatever

PC, speed 6, orange lc foam, m105, several passes!
before

after

another bathroom before

after

ps....I might have a problem....

I've been wanting to do this in our bathrooms forever.

I look at them everyday and think how hard would it be to polish out?

If I do this on my side of the bathroom, somebody else is going to want their side done.

maybe...not sure....im thinking its not because my builder was a cheap azz and cut every corner possible....

the sinks and counters are all one piece, thinking its porcelain.

I did my marble bathrooms after I got my Flex, they didn't really need it, but now you can see your reflection in each piece, watch doing the floor or you will slip and hurt yourself if you wear socks on that surface.

The first thing I did when I got my flex and my pc was to practice on the house, tubs, counters, etc. I still use my flex regularly inside.
Works great.
And the cheap azz customers get what they pay for from builders, do you think better products are free?

LOOKS GREAT!
Anyone try their PC on Granite kitchen counters?
Granite is supposed to be harder than marble, but who knows?
