Default Best metal polish Ive ever used.

Seriously...I just put a well used Corsa exhaust on my LT4 that Ive had in the garage for a year or so(why didn't I do it sooner!?!? Love this exhaust) and Im not sure it had been cleaned in a LONG time. The tips were black.

Anyway the tips were DIRTY x 10. The muffler shop guy told me about a metal cleaner made by Ford Motorcraft--Custom Bright Metal Cleaner I now swear by it....its that good. Buy it thru your local Ford Parts Dept.

Here are some quick crappy pics taken with my blackberry.

After

The best $8 cleaning product you'll ever buy

I might suggest you also consider using any metal polish with a wool head to help with anyones tips. It can almost guarantee you see even better results. Best of all no sore hands and arms. Heres what it looks like in general, and Mothers makes a Mini version in foam too.

Thanks for the tip. The great thing about this cleaner is it took 30-45 seconds/tip with a microfiber cloth...no sore arms, hard scrubbing or anything.
