Default Options?

I recently purchased a Meguiar's G110 Polisher. I purchased a W9207, W8207, and finally a W7207 pads. I have a black Ford 2001 F150 Crew Cab that has the following issues on the hood:

I have completely removed all water spot damage, scratches, and swirls from the entire car EXCEPT for the hood. In fact, it looks like the hood is worse now. I used Scratch X 2.0 it it did an excellent job on the entire car except for the hood. It looks like the stains are more visible and probably deeper than before after treatment.
Here is a pic of the side of the truck where the W8207 Polishing pad that I used and the Scratch X 2.0 did an outstanding job: NOTE: the little specs you are are dust only!

and now the hood:

Any ideas as to remove these stains if at all possible? Thanks for your help.

In the first pictures it looked like etching, likely from birdie-doo and others contaminents sitting on paint to long. The last shot however appears to suggest the start of clearcoat failure.

I can suggest several other dedicated polishes (Menzerna, Megs) that likely would offer a better benefit over ScratchX but clearcoat failure cannot be removed and likely only time before some professional help is needed to repaint or repair as possible.

My father inlaw had some spots with his 2007 F150
I washed it with Dawn,
Used Zaino Z-18 Clay bar with Zaino Z-7 car wash/water mix.
(Spots gone!)
Washed it again with Zaino Z-7 car wash.
2 coats of Z-5 Pro w/ZFX.
wiped down with Zaino Z-6.
1 coat of Z-2 Pro w/ZFX.
wiped down with Zaino Z-6.
1 coat of Zaino CS.

Thanks for the replies. I believe my only option is going to a pro who will probably recommend the hood be repainted.

Yep. You have check cracking starting to show on the hood. It needs to be stripped and repainted.
