Default Cleaning and polishing the wheel barrels

Fellow detail geeks:
I'm going to remove my wheels to detail the inside of my 2008 split spoke repros. What is the best way to detail the barrels?
Are the insides of the barrels clear coated? If not what would be your recommendations (method/products) to make them shine?

Treat em like paint.

OEM Wheels are indeed clearcoated, so I find using Klasse AIO (red bottle) works well. An brush helps to keep barrels clean and then they only need to be removed annually at best.

After you clean the barrels, polish them with RejeX.
