I called AuotGeek 3 time today for some info on the flex and different products and no answer... Whats the deal?

I just double checked and phone lines are working. If you dialed a particular extension and the operator was already on the line with a customer, did you leave a voice message so they could give you a call back? I have called before with no answer but left a message and within a hour I had a phone call back. I understand if they get busy, it is a lot better than being on the phone with elevator music waiting for an hour with the phone against the side of my head. Sometimes companies get busy which is a good thing at least autogeek calls back, first company that 's ever called me back pretty quick.
