I started a thread about problems with the CCS pads not staying put while polishing with my G110, really pissed me off! Others suggested I try a Lake Country backing plate, it's supposed to hold the velcro pads on better. Matt from Autogeek saw my thread and PM'ed me that he will send me a free replacement backing plate, I did not ask for this. He didn't send me the backing plate that came with the G110, but the much betterLake country backing plate that I was gonna try. Autogeek didn't have to do this, it's not their fault the backing plate with the G110 failed me, but being the great company they are, they went the extra mile to help me. We're talking 20+ dollars including shipping for free! Now that my friends, is a great business and customer service! Thanks again Matt and Autogeek!
