Water Spots

Recommended I post this here instead of CFOT..

I have a friend that has a newer PT cruiser. We got in the thing yesterday after rafting and the water (not muddy or dirty) from our wet clothes left stains / spots on the seats...how can I get this out for her? Don't understand why a seat would stain with just water - she said they would .....and she was right.

Trying to make things right since my seat was the worst, but don't want to use a Bissell shampooer on it if it will stain more........

I take it the seats are cloth. If so, I would suggest my Fabric and Interior cleaner. I have seen a lot of vehicles that were sprayed with scotchguard at the dealer. When that wears down, or comes off, you will get water spots like that.

If I were to scrub for a 2nd time, I could get the rest out.
