I had the same problem. I tried alcohol, windex, wd-40, nothing. Then I tried leather cleaner and it worked pretty well. Now I just have to be very careful getting out.

HELP!!
Try...

Spray Nine!

Its fairly safe on vinyl interior, I used it on a car with that light color, that had nicotine stains and as soon as I sprayed it on the stains started loosening and lifting.

Its powerful stuff so wipe it off fast or you will see concentrated drips of clean spots.

Default Neutral Shoe Polish

I learned this trick in basic training 20 years ago. It took all of our black boot marks off the floor. I did this regularly with my King Ranch Super Duty truck and that technique still worked. I'll send you a PM since this is so far down in the thread. Good luck!!

Armour All Multi Purpose Auto Cleaner works well getting out grease and stains. I'd try that.

I just use a scotch pad and a bucket of soapy water (joy soap) and it comes right off.

HELP!!!

Try a little more elbow grease. I wear dress shoes with wooden heels (size 13s) so I scuff mine up a lot and the edge dressing really marks 'em up.

Just a little more elbow grease.

This looks good. I would be afraid that I would dent and scuff the crome. I bought some ss unpolished trim that sticks to the bottom of the door, but I'm afraid I'd dent it up.

If that does not work try BACARDI alcohol. It will not remove them, but it will sure make you care a lot less about those scuff marks.

Default Turtle Wax Tar Remover.

I've used the Turtle Wax Tar Remover in a spray can on painted surfaces and it works every time for me. Make sure you read the can label to make sure it's ok on vinyl.
