Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung in the garage with great care in the hopes that some new Adam’s products would soon be there.
I was nestled all snug in my bed as sweet dreams of my detailed Vette raced around in my head.
With momma in her kerchief and I in my cap we were settled down for a long winters nap, when down in the garage there arose such a clatter I fell out of bed to see what was the matter.
I went down the stairs to find the source of the matter when I heard it again; it was an awful loud clatter. I peeked under the door into the garage I could see eight full grown Rein Deer and a sleigh that looked as sharp as it could be.
I knew right there it was an old friend of mine, my child hood buddy I had not seen since I was nine. I pulled open the door so fast with a jerk; I freighted my old friend who was fast at work. “Saint Nick” I cried “what are you doing here…..crammed in my garage with your sleigh and eight Reindeer?”
With a tear in his eye, Saint Nick spun around and explained what had happened, I could sense he was down. It so happened that geese had dropped droppings on his ride as they flew. Old Nick made a pit stop to try to remove crusty goose poop off the sleigh’s finish so smooth.
I told Nick that Riverside Red is a hard color to beat, but you need to use this Adam’s product if you want it to look neat. I pulled out a bottle of Adam’s Machine wax and proceeded to delicately work that cheery finish back to the max. It took a bit of work for a minute or two but soon the true beauty of that red color shown through.
I cleaned up a few spots and rubbed out a mark where it looked like the sleigh had rubbed up on some bark. I finished up with a clean MF towel, a few drops of Adam’s revive polish and a few squirts of Adam’s detail spray just before Nick said “he had to be on his way” “Thanks for the help my ride looks so great, that Adam’s wax is the best, there is no debate.”
Old Nick said he’d be back in the morning with some cold beer and we’d spend the day detailing his ride with Adam’s for next year.
I could see my old friend was sad to leave, but he had to go fulfill the wishes of all those who believe.
I heard Old Nick calling and laughing with delight as his dropped top, lowered sleigh peeled out into the night.
“Merry Christmas to all………and to all a good night!!!!”
