Maybe slightly off topic but since we are the keep-it-clean crew, maybe someone can help.
I just moved into a new house and have found out, the hard way, that the front half of the garage floor drains to the sides instead of toward the door. (What were they thinking?) So now all the slop and salt runs under my 2001 Coupe instead of out the door.
Has anyone found a good garage floor mat the holds all the slop and keeps it from running across the floor? I have Googled several but don't want to drop a hundred or 2 without an unbiased testimonial.
Thanks for your help.

Is it a brand new house? If so, I would contact the builder to see what they can do about it. They may tell you to pound sand, but it never hurts to try. Good luck.
I'd agree with the suggestion to contact your builder...or maybe the city/county building inspector. If it's new construction, the issue might be against code.
You could also do an internet search under "liquid absorbing mat" (or similar) to find products that might reduce the problem.
In my new shop, I used three roll out vinyl mats (10x30') in a coin pattern, but they also make them in ribbed and other patterns.

I used Race Deck on my floor but that won't help with your problem. You may want to look into a garage floor mat that has channels on it to drain the water out of your garage. A friend used this one with pretty good luck.
Somebody really screwed up. It's so easy to put a 4" pitch on a floor towards the doors. I have seen some small low spots though that create a small puddle. They do have a thin mix that you could pour over the floor as an extreme fix, but it won't be cheap.
