I have always been more than satisfied with Griots Glass Cleaner with a Cobra microfiber glass towel.

I use Stoners Invisible Glass.
Tip wipe north-south on inside and east-west on outside if you get a streak you will know what side.

I had some tiny dimples on the outside of the windshield from sand or something similar. Inside the dimples the cleaner products would collect and leave a slight mark. I used quadruple zero steel wool to remove the marks. That's right - steel wool, but only the very finest grade. It has oil in it so no lubrication is required. The glass should be dry. Rub softly. Done right the window is gorgeous. Done wrong - well, you can guess.

Stoners Invisable Glass is very good and its what I always used until somebody had me try Adams Detail Spray on my windows..I thought that was crazy but I did try it and it was even better.
