Normally, I only wash my car by hand in my driveway but I am planning my first extended trip in the Corvette and will be staying in hotels and motels. Any ideas on washing and cleaning the car while I'm gone? (Snow and salt should not be a problem).

Last time I was on a trip, a bucket with the bottles of cleaning stuff and trips to the car wash did it tor me. Just bring that and towels/wash cloths as your travel kit. I've even seen some poeple carry a 1.5 gallon garden sprayer (pump up type) for use as a detail cleaner.

Some nice hotels will alow you to use their water hoses.

Thanks for the hints - particulary the hotel hose. Hope I can talk a couple of them into letting me use it.
