Hard work, pays off. The car looks beautiful. One question though, the passenger side headlight looks like it needs to be adjusted up to fill the gap above better, is it me or is it just the angle?
I'm just bringing this up since you've said the car will be at a show, and I don't know if that's something judges look at.

In any event, the car is really nice. Tastefully done!

Your work looks great...but I'm not too impressed by the car itself. To each his own I suppose...

Todd

Awesome work as usual.

If I was the owner I'd be pretty upset at the shop for giving it back to me in that condition.

That hood with the vents in the top of the wheel well don't do much for me but OUTSTANDING job of detailing.
I guess like they say different strokes for different folks.

That hood is the Corvette C5R Hood. A friend of mine was selling me one, but I passed

My comments about the work, the same as everyone else...GREAT JOB!

But I like the car too! I'm a little partial to yellow anyway, and I like some of the stand out mods, like the doors.

Nice work and a nice ride!

Thanks for all the compliments. The pictures do not do the car itself justice. In person, it is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen.

yes, one more vote for the car too -- I really like the mods. I understand that many corvette guys are really conservative, but it's all about having fun and enjoying the ride. I won't say that I'd do all those mods to my own car, but still I admire the finished product.

And how could I forget to say:
FANTASTIC job on those paint runs !! I guess you were right - they were in the clearcoat -- I'd never have known that. Kind of hard to believe it would leave the paint shop like that

The posts have been edited because the owner of the body shop who did the bad work has threated to sue because of slander.

It's not slander if you're merely stating facts.

American Heritage Dictionary:
SLANDER: 1. Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.

The best defense against a charge of slander is to prove that what you've said is true.

Well, I understand why you've pulled the pictures -
Thank a lawyer for this one too -- can't even have a chat in Corvetteforum without hiring a lawyer. Country is going to hell.
