Distilled water on my Rejexed car is all that's necessary.

If you have a less slick finish and need to use a product, WD40 does the trick.

Haven't tried that, but most of the stuff at the auto parts store. All junk, warm water and elbow grease works the best.

WD40 would kill your paint, wouldn't it?

Griot's makes great stuff. It is pricey, but it does a great job.

I have been using Griots products for nearly 6 years and have never been dissappointed. Now I am always open to trying new products (Wolfgang, Pinnacle, Adams, etc) for certain products but I do like the Griots line of products. As for the bug product, works great for me.

WD40 will only remove the wax. It does not hurt cured paint.

Super lube & WD-40 also work great shinning up stainless steel.

I have Griots Machine Polish 1, 2 and 3 and would love to trade them for something I would use more often. Any takers?

http://www.autogeek.net/poorboys-bug-squash.html

Since you asked other options, I have two. I use to use Tarminator from Stoners but some strong stuff. So I started using Poorboys product. Quite versatile on bugs, tar, and contaminents. I even use it with my car soap (a squirt or two) when the car/truck is extremely dirty. Doesnt strip the wax but certainly helps get rid of the dirt.
