Cool..

Take this for what it's worth (im serious)

The way to dry your car after washing it, is to use a blower like this. I use the one that is embedded in my RIGID vacuum. If you use one of these blowers to dry the car it will keep you from getting spots and will push water from all of the crevices.

This is a trick that a friend who owns a Mothers Wax distributorship showed me.

it works!!

Never tried this but I just use the Mr. Clean auto dry system and it works great for me. Only downfall of it is that it takes a while for it to dry. I can see using something like this for those times where you need to use the car right away after washing.

I came up with the idea of using a leaf blower to dry my F355 Ferrari Spider back in early 1996. Now everyone's doing it!

I'm not saying I invented it, because I'm sure someone is going to write back telling me that they have been using leaf blowers since they were powered by coal to dry off their Stanley Steamers, so trolls please leave me alone. I just thought it was interesting that an idea I had 10+ years ago is an idea that others have also embraced and find to be very cool.

2LT-Z51 THanks for the post. I never liked the idea of using an electric cord around water. Great idea!

I've used one too - Gotta be careful not to accidentally hit the car with the end of the leaf blower... It's easier to do than you would think
