Default ANyone tried the Z5PRO Yet ???

I have the stuff, just haven't had a chance to see if it works... or how well it helps hide swirl marks. Has anyone had a chance to "play" with it yet ?????

Its not going to hide major swirls. But some outstanding results, as with anything prep is the key.

I'll be using it on a black G35 this w/e after some menzerna polishing.

Many people have used it. It has some very nice improvements, but it won't take the place of proper prep work.

I recently used Z5 pro on my mini cooper s for a base. Washed with Dawn, clay bar, Menzerna polishes etc...(it's hyper/metallic blue which picked up a ton of light marks and scratches from being in a show room) then 3 coats of Z5 pro but then ...oh no... 3 coats of Rejex. That's right...I used 3 coats each of Z5 and Z2 pro on my Spiral Grey 03 coupe and though it was Glossy and deep but it lacked a certain wetness and it seemed to mute the metallic which I found objectionable. I later applied 3 coats of Rejex and the wetness was more and the pop of the metallic came back. I think spiral Grey is probably a tough color to make look really good like I see solid colors. I found Rejex to darken the color a tad and really make the metallic sparkle. Let the flames begin... also other than a pleasant smell and nice color I don't see a difference between z5 and z5pro??

Z5 Pro is awesome. Sal has greatly improved this product similarily to the improvements that were made to the Z2 Pro. Better/quicker drying qualities, Better filling capabilities and more foolproof when applied too thick etc... I found it to have more of a glow about it and seems to look better on some paints than the Z2p does. I am using it exclusively on my black Z06 right now.

Distinctive new smell. Goes on easier and comes off easier. Can't decide if hiding qualities are noticably better than non-pro Z5.
