How long does your Zaino order take?
I ordered a complete Zaino kit about 2 weeks ago and still did'nt receive it. Is this the normal waiting time? Is something wrong?

It depends who you ordered from, most Zaino distributors ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, get in touch with who you ordered from, something must be wrong.

I ordered my first supplies directly from Zaino and had them at my door in 3 business days. Hate to hear it's taking so long for you to receive yours....but it'll be worth the wait! :cool:

took about two weeks for me...because i am in Cali and Sal is in New Jersey..
i wanted the free applicator :D heheh so..i sent it out by mail with a money order...so it takes about a week to get to NJ, and then Sal sent out my order, and it took another week to get back..

I ordered by mail with money order directly to Zaino. I live in Hawaii, like the California one mine will probably take longer. By the way, is there a Zaino distributor in Hawaii? If I don't receive it by the end of this week, I'll follow-up with Zaino on my order.

I wrote of this on another thread, but I sent a check on Aug 3, it cleared on Aug 13, Sal responded to my e-mail by saying he would send the order on Aug 23 - nothing yet. I was so excited at first, but the bloom has dropped from the rose... :(
