Default Asking for Comments on Z8 from Zaino users

I bought the Zaino Ultimate Protection Kit and found the Zaino products to be outstanding and will no doubt continue using Zaino on my C6. The only one of the products in the kit that I was not convinced about was the Z6 Gloss Enhancer Spray, and it may be because this was my first time applying it. I nevertheless like the idea of using a final enhancer on the Polish and am considering to buy the Z-8 Final Spray which was not included in the Kit. I would therefore appreciate any comments on the Zaino Z-8 product from forum memebers that have used it. Many thanks!

I have been using Z8 since it came out and its a level higher than Z6 if you can believe that. I also smells like a tropical drink

Appreciate the feedback. I will try it; perhaps also with a little Rum

This thread will probably be moved to car care but I'll give you my opinion anyway. I have been using the Z6 and recently tried the Z8. It really brings the shine to another level. It is real slippery also. I usually use my California Car duster to get rid of minor dust, then Z6 it and then put on the Z8 "Grand Finale." The shine is unreal. Try it, You'll like it.

I pesronnay don't like Z6 and Z8 and stopped using them. I found i am getting better result to finish the with a wipe of cold water mist over Z5....evyone has his own preference. If you use Z8 ...sray very little.

I find the Z8 to be a little bit better than the Z6, but I question if it is worth the extra $. I will continue to use the Z6 most of the time, and the Z8 when I want to splurge.

It doesn't taste like one though

I agree, I can see an impovement over Z6.

Vetcar: the place Z6 or Z8 makes a more noticable difference is as a final step when you wash your car. I think I can see a difference when I use Z6 or Z8 after a Zano job. I know I can see a difference when I use it after a wash.

I'm using my old Z6 on low priority ares like door jambs after a wash. I will also use it between coats of Z2 again next time I completely Zaino the car.

FWIW, I have 6 months on my last complete Zano job and it still looks great with a 15 minute Z8 wipe down about once per month.

Interesting, can you tell any difference between that and Z6? It makes sense. I get the impression that Z6 is removing a very, very slight haze, maybe water does the same.

A spit shine for your car!

I prefer the Z8 over the Z6. You do need to use it sparingly though. It really shows how well it works on dark colours especially black.

WOW! That really is nice even in two D. I am going to give this stuff a try. Why are you so grumpy agrumpyguy? With a shine like this, I would be smiling from ear to ear.

I can't imagine how it could look any better. Clearly you are a Ziano expert. This picture says it all, except, could kindly also share your own best tip on how to best apply Z-8 to the car? Many Thanks.

I find Z8 to add a good bit of gloss, depth, and slickness to the finish.

I use it *very* sparingly and buff with a plush microfiber towel. As Jabez said, the full effect is normally realized the next day.

Very good product, IMO.

...water will not leave hue or streak patterns as Z6/Z8 tend to do if you use too much. If you rub your finger on the car when you are done it is easy to create a streak mark

Some are also saying Zaino looks better after the first wash..this is basically what I am doing without putting the hose down. ...work for me
