I believe some dealers are already taking pre orders and it won't be long at all before they can enter them in the system as the factory has already announced the constraints for the first week of 2015 production.

ZF1 is still not in the order guide, they have not issued an update as of yet. I would expect that it will get updated, at the same time they release 2015 pricing...

In my experience, dealers won't OFFER discounts on cars that they can't get enough of at MSRP. That doesn't mean that they won't agree to one in the right circumstance, but it likely will be minimal.
As a caution, I have seen lots of customers get discounts, but then not get cars, as dealers choose to build cars ordered later, but at MSRP, instead of using their limited allotments to build discounted cars... I love the "I am second on my dealer's list, and got it for invoice" threads, as they are rarely completed with pictures of the customer picking up his car....

My dealer in Oshawa ON placed my order this past Monday morning for my 2015 C7 convertible. I have my order number now. Monday was the first day that GM Canada would take an order for a 2015 Vette. My car is scheduled to be built at end of August. Been waiting since January so excited it is finally getting closer to reality.

Orders were available to be placed 3 weeks ago. Build dates have not started being given out as of yet, to my knowledge, but it is not impossible that in an isolated case a build date has been set... If you don't yet have an order number, you need to be leaning on your dealer, as it takes 30 seconds to place an order and generate an order number. Getting allocation is another story.
