Ya the town of Georgina are stupid i swept my driveway and pushed all the sand off to the side and today more salt with sand .

10cm of white stuff over night up my way.
This morning I had the first 20ish km of highway 11 not plowed let alone sanded or salted.

Dudette got her TJ stuck in the tim hortons drive-thru this morning. Thought i was going to have to push her out with the pick-up

Down this way there was 6 cars in the ditch by 630 am on the 401 and a jacked knife trailer around 9am near Guelph....as badly as I want to drive my car, the main highway arteries need to be sanded and salted for everyone safety........unfortunatly this did not happen today

Budgets !!! use them up or loose them. I was behind a salt truck this morning that pounded my area at 10 am, even though the snow on the roads had melted

guess it's a damned if you do or a damned if you don't scenario, nobody wants to see anyone killed after losing control on black ice, guess we have to wait for another good rain to wash the roads and hope mother nature is done playing tricks on us this spring so we can finally get our toys out of hybernation!
