I remember this time last year the Forks of the Credit still had a ton of runoff from melting snow, as this was the time of year I drove up that way on the way to pick up my C6. It was dry everywhere down here too. So given the amount of extra snow that fell this year, I think the Forks of the Credit will be a pretty messy road to drive on for a few more weeks. I also recall they were doing a ton of construction on it at the end of last season that looked like it was going to spill over into this year as well, so that place might be a right off for a few months anyhow.
When I was in Niagara on the Lake in February I noticed they had a lot less snow in that area than we had up here, so that's the best bet for dry roads if you ask me.
