Luv playing craps....and adventures myself....makes for lasting memories.
Keep googling the weather ahead of you and relax, stop if you have to....and enjoy.
I drove to Arizona from Toronto 3 weeks ago on summer tires......use those business instincts.

Couple of days to go, weather looks decent enough to keep on my journey. however looks like a USA bound drive back ...

I'll post pictures and tell my story when I can (if I'm stuck then i'll have lots of time to post LOL)

It was a fabulous spring day here in Southern Alberta yesterday and the forecast called for more of the same today. However, we woke up to fresh snow and -4C this am...As they say, "if you don't like the weather, go back in and come out again" LOL!
Anyway, looks like the forecast promises 6-13cm of snow for Grande Prairie on April 10/11 with a cold morning on the 12th. But who really knows what you will find once you get there. Things will no doubt improve when you head South, but keep in mind you will be starting 750km North of Calgary. So take a good care of yourself and your new prized possession and don't do anything that might make you a star on the Speed Channel's "Dumbest Stuff on Wheels" Joking aside: do keep us posted and best of luck for a safe trip!

PS When you make it back to GTA, look me up and let's get ya and your ZR1 to CTMP Grand Prix track for some "adventure" this car was designed for

ICE, where are you? Started my own trek 3 days ago and now sit at T-Bay Nor'western awaiting "up to 20cm of white stuff" to start coming down tonite... Deja vu from last year, pretty much to a day LOL! Anyhow, thus far so good, only a couple of new windshield chips, as expected. Hope you're doing well on the Southern passage and will update us soon.
All the best! Bill

Well done! You didn't stop and do very much site-seeing with driving five 8-9hr days.

You've been home now for a couple of days; which is long enough for you to have cleaned the beast. Let's get those pictures up!

Looking forward to the re-cap of your experience.

Hey Guys Vern/dannyman etc thanks for the warm welcome back! I am looking forward to sharing my journey back. Not much sight seeing as I was orginally planning but that was due to mother naturesl

I did wash the car as soon as I could lol ... I should have time this week posting up pictures and telling my storey..
