I'm cancelling lunch at Deerhurst and changing it to Webers. I've updated the OP.

Slight change in the cruise route, but not much.

Cruise Date Sat Oct 19 with a rain date of Sun Oct 20.

Webbers, Booooo.

Ya had our hopes up for a decent group cruise destination this time.
Guess we'll be bringing our own picnic!

whatever, I guess... this is the season for finding perfect autumn roads.

It's all about the cruise Paul. There will be a few places to stop and take some pics.

But I wasn't counting on having such a huge crowd for this cruise. And if it wasn't for having to book a reservation with a deposit at the restaurant, I would keep the lunch destination where it is.

But I can't count on the weather to cooperate with us 5 days out and as I mention, I do not want to be on the hook for the sizable deposit the restaurant wants.

And you know, maybe we can find something in Gravenhurst for lunch, like a Boston Pizza or Montana something. One where a reservation isn't required.

FYI: Today's long term forecast for the 19th.
Saturday, October 19 12 Feels like 10 40% POP Variable cloudiness

When I checked a couple of days ago, it was 90% POP.

That's awesome, Stan. I presume they decided the buffet would be an open option for both days?
Yes - WE Love the cruise, but it's bit of a letdown when the quality of the food stop doesn't keep up with the awesomeness of traveling with a group of friends with cool cars ahead and in your rear view mirror.

I'm a maybe, depending on when I get back from Ottawa. Would love to get out for a cruise before storing the car. I would be plus 1 if I attend.

Default fall colors

Stan are we still meeting at the same spot though? May I make a suggest if Deerhurst needs a deposit for the buffet why don't people just call and say they are part of this cruise and that way they will be there for sure as their credit card is being used not yours. Just a suggestion. But I rather still be at Deerhurst than Webers.

We're still meeting in Washago, Sandy.

And no deposit required for Deerhurst.
