Default Toronto Boat Show

Wondering if anyone's gone out to this year's boat show yet.
I usually get free tickets (but not this year.)
May try getting out to it this week or weekend.

Hey Paul !

My son and I may try and get down this weekend..not sure yet which day.

I saw a WagJag deal a couple of weeks back for 1/2 price tickets, but when I went back to check, the deal was done.. oh well, snooze you loose ! guess we're paying 'retail'

Cheers

I was there on the 16th.
Was walking into the show and this nice older couple was leaving....asked my buddy and I if we had tickets yet...."NOPE".....well here ya go.....2 free passes! SWEET

$13 bucks to park though.

I'm looking for a 16(ish)FT JonBoat. There was only an Alumacraft rivitted Jon there. No others. Got a few prices, but no "deals".

Saw a couple buddies there working at thier respective Manuf's booths.

Mercury display was way cool. Many cut-away motors, some Supercharged! SOme HUGE sailboats. A few pretty nice Tug boats, if ya wanna spend $225,000 on a Tug, you have your choice of 3 or 4 there. Some pretty nice old wood boats as well. Typical small vedors, some cool stuff, lots of junky looking stuff as well.

Nothing going on in the lake when we were there.

Left at 7:30 and went to the Landing Strip for

Hadn't been to the show in 15 years. I can wait another 15 again.

2 free tix! That's cool! It's usually me giving away the free tickets - I love when I can do that.

I won't be too disappointed to miss the show this year as my project Baja only needs only my time before it is ready for water this year. Five years in progress, just need to fiberglass the new floor and put the new interior in. Probably more excited for spring to get working on it than even back to driving the ol' Sting Ray.
