Eshel, are you going? I am torn between the Canon 1DIV and 5DII. It looks like the 5DIII should be out soon as the 5DII seems to be heavily discounted these day.

Used to have one of the original 1D's. Nice camera, more oriented to the photo-journalism crowd than the 5D. I used it for sports shooting when my son played hockey. Using a 40D now (also have an XT IR converted).

One of these days I'll make it out to the HDR.
Tonight I'm planning to spray the base coat and clear on a set of flares for my Avalanche. Need to get the tires covered.
