Man, thats funny. A 62 year old lady is stunt driving.
Crazy for sure.
What is worse is that they seem to be applying circular logic which as I understand goes something like this:
Quote:
The higher court judge ruled that the lower court judge erred in stating that the law was unconstitutional, but then ruled that the woman should be able to offer a due diligence defence? It's precisely the fact that this is not permitted under HTA-172's stunting provisions that MAKES it unconstitutional
yeah we definately need to put the blue facists back in.
Yeah, lets keep the guy in power who raised taxes 8% and puts aside things like the right to due process. He is doing it the politically correct way so he must be good, right?
so who is there to vote for, Hudek or whatever his name is is just a Harris clone and those clowns screwed things up so bad we're still paying for their disastrous terms of office. Once in power they are all the same it's the nature of the beast I guess.
Back to that 62 yr. old racer - throw her in jail, take away her license and car, tar and feather that villan, isn't that what they would do to a kid?? the courts should be consistent now shouldn't they?

Don't forget your health tax.
Oops, I forgot. It's a surcharge. It's not really a tax at all.

yup, just another tax we have to pay for the Harris nightmare years - could he have screwed up more things - Common Sense Revoltinglution - too bad he and his didn't have any. Then we also had Rae Days before and Peterson Gala's. It's amazing that a country/province actually survives, but we can always look south and thank god we arn't them.
What I'm worried about is that it seems that nothing is beyond touching for these people. They spend time thinking about things that we can't do!
How long do you think before some government official recommends putting speed limiters in cars like in the trucks? After all, who needs to go more than 105km anyway?
Think I'm kidding? I bet we will see the proposal within 5 years.
