To pass polution/ emission test whit a CAM ??

Well I 'm in the process of finalizing my selection of a cam , although we do not need to do the test on Quebec.. YET! the polution test that is mandetoty in Ontario will soon be required in LA BELLE PROVINCE. So what size cam can you get away whit to pas the emission test in Ontario ? Apperently an A4 is more difficult to pass the test and that 's what I have. Thanks
