Advice about possible purchase

Hi all,

I've been recently looking at a 2007 Vette, which appears to be extremely clean but was imported from the states (CA) by its current owners about a year ago. I've done a CarProof and everything came up fine, no accidents, etc, apart from a "corrected title" record which occurred during its original ownership (it's had 2 owners).

Any advice about what this might mean? Being very cautious here.

It's all about condition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a US car if all of the paperwork, the condition, etc all add up. You "might" squeeze them on the pricing because it's a US car, but it's not like you'll save 20% because of it. Another way to look at it is how much of a premium would you pay for an equal condition Cdn car? Probabably not much.

Forgot to mention, I'm not sure what a "corrected title" means, it could be as simple as a spelling mistake that was fixed.
