Forza 3 ... yep, that's Forza THREE

E3 is taking place right now, showcasing all the new and upcoming geek toys of the near future ... Forza 3 was one item addressed ... here are a couple of pics ...

This one shows the photorealisim of the surrounding terrain ... which means that after you have been slamed into from behind (you know who you are!

) you'll be able to watch all the cool surroundings flyby your windshield before you crash into the safety barrier!

A few of the cars ... and oh ... is that a ZR-1 tucked on the inside?

Can't wait to fire this game up on the ol' XBox 360!

Some new info on Forza 3. The cat and mouse type race should be fun, Greg and I tried something like that 1 day using a team race and had a blast.

It would be nice if they ported this onto the PC and gave us access to the XBox live so we can play against you.

My PC will blow away the xbox in performance. Including the graphics. Why spend $300 or more on a sub-par system when I don't have too?

Plus, I have all the extras for my PC, like the steering wheel and foot controls, I also have the fighter joystick, etc and a huge screen.

I used to be all about PC games; Hell, I used to build 3D models of cars and import them into games. But I got fed up of compatibility issues and having to constantly upgrade my PC. The good thing about a console is you just put the disc in and it'll run the same anywhere.

Not true Jon.

The games are only designed for the platform they run on. I'm sure when Forza 4 comes out, it will be designed for the XBox 720. So you'll need to buy a completely new console, and probably all new accessories as well. It's the nature of things. Just as on the PC.
