Was quoted by a dealer in our tow 120 per TPM went to see my buddy that works at a dealer across town got all 4 TPM's for 120, I'd say there is good markup in the parts they sell.
Does anybody know what kind of discount employees get at dealerships on GM parts?
It's usually not a flat x% off of parts across the line. I'd tend to agree with dealer cost + x% (that's what my parts manager friend gives me). Some parts are marked-up huge and others next to nothing......

I was qouted $695 ea for the rotors for my Silverado from the dealer NAPA wanted $150 for USA rotors, I bought EBC top of the line rotors for $150 ea
I don't even waste my time at the local dealers any more (unless desperate). Even with the discount they are robbers! Order from Fred Beans and have shipped to CBI. Save $$$
Cost+10%
i.e front ac delco ceramic brake pads for my 92 are $183.50 but I get them for $88.41+10%
Where are you getting the pricing in bold from?
As for parts from the dealer, I will assume that most will purchase from them for convience reasons, not price. I'f I can save 50% plus more on a part and I'm not in any hurry then the States I shall buy. If we can get price plus service well it's a win win situation all around.
