2008 Forza 2 ... Corvette vs. Porsche ... Back Again!
Well the snow if flying up here in the Great White North ... Which means it's time to dust off your XBox 360, Force Feedback Steering Wheel, and find your copy of Forza Motorsport 2 ... our Sunday Morning Racing League is ready to kick off for the 2008 - 2009 season! 
Our cousins over in the Rennlist Forum are anxious to join in the fun again ... so let's be on top of our game ... or at least make sure we block in the turns really well!
If you are interested in participating ... make sure you have an XBox Live account all set up ... and just post to this thread your Name, and your XBox Live Gamer Tag.
Next, make sure that if your XBox is connecting to the internet through a router, make sure that it is set up correctly, so that you can join games ... test it out before Sunday morning ... and add me, and as many of the other guys listed below, as friends on your XBox account ... when you log on, then you will be invited to join the game.
So ... Next Sunday ... December 14th ... 9:00A ... It's Race Time!!!!
We will run the R4 Class cars ... these cars are from the Speed World Challenge GT Series ... so there are some Vette's C6 and C6 Z06 ... and Porche GT3 Cup cars of the same spec .... should be fun!

We'll probably start off at Road Atlanta ... we'll race some R4 Corvettes and Porches ... maybe move on to a spec race ... who knows ... we decide as we go!

I saw 4 friends on-line but couldn't join in, connection error. Must go over the config of the cisco router again. It oboviuosly doesn't support UPnP becuase that's a M$ protocol. Maybe I have some ports forwarded to other IPs than the XBox. It was working last time I used it

Well i told my son to let me try his 360 to see how hard this racing is. First if i wasn't crashing or spinning out the people online were yelling at me lol. I think this would take alot of practice before i would race anyone online.
My son makes it look so easy.

I'll be out in Calgary from Dec 19th to Dec 30th ... so hopefully someone else will step up to host the racing over the next two Sundays .... anyone? .... anyone? Bueller?

Well my flight was suppose to take off this morning at 11:30am ... Delayed till 3:15pm ... And then delayed another 20 min's ... Then another hour ... During which time it was announced that the plane had tried to land in T.O. But had been diverted to Montreal to refuel and make another attempt at T.O. ....
No luck ... Flight has now been cancelled for the day .... Aarrrggggg!!!!
