All 200mph speedos US imports?

I've been seeing many (C5) 200mph (kph) speedos here in Vancouver lately? Are all these US imports, or did Chevy make Vettes for Canada with the 200mph speedo?

200 MPH Speedos are US cars.Looked at a few before buying a Cdn car last week.

All USA, I would be sure of that. We are only metric in Cda and they (GM) would be breaking laws I think.

3 things you can check to see if it's a US car.

US cars:
1. 200MPH speedos
2. oil pressure in PSI
3. temperature in F

CDN Cars:
1. 300KPH speedos
2. oil pressure in kPa
3. temperature in C

That's what I thought. I'm looking for a C5 Z06 here in vancouver, and it seems that half come with the 200mph speedo. In the ads, it says nothing about being a US import...figures...

They are all made in the same plant. If the history is good then go with the car that is in the best condition with lowest mileage.

Yeah,

All vettes are technically from the U.S. so like snobike Mike said, find the best example for the money and go for it!

Also, on U.S. cars, on the dic, gauges appears as gages (U.S. spelling)
